1. Time management and goal setting are an important part of learning and study. List ways in the last week when you managed your time well to incorporate study.
In the last week Ive had a massive amount of work due in so I made a list of what I wanted to hand in and did one task at a time. This enabled me to divide my time for each task. Ive also needed to divide my time for the other subjects to and also find time to train out on the bike. Over the last week Ive mastered catching the bus to tafe and getting ready in the mornings too.
2. Set some short term goals for next term.
Some of my short term goals are simple and straight forward yet will take some work to achive the first and main one is to get the structure of an essay right, writing plenty of practise essays which ive done so many times before on belonging and into the world yet these were more content then style. Aslo other goals are to learn how to work more effiancet in class time giving me more time to study maths (stats) outside of classes and write essays.
Another short term goal of mine is to write a short story with chapters it will be about witches I one day would love to write a childrens or young adults book about witches as I have an obbession with make believe witches myself.

Week 7 Questions
1. Identify your learning styles and how have you improved your most favoured learning styles this term?
My learning styles usually involve asking heaps of questions and commenting on topics in class as I'm a passionate person on so many different subjects. Other learning styles are for me to get in the mood and start writing on thing I do is write long pieces of work such as essays and stories. I've now developed a on the train writing and studying time as I'm sitting down for long periods of time I'm able to complete tasks. Also I find listening to music in the back ground helps as I'm writing this I have the Beatles playing and it helps me relax.
2. Identify your weakest learning style. What strategies can you use to improve these weaknesses?
I honestly can say my weakest learning style may be in the class room sometimes if the class is noisy I find it hard to consecrate. I'm trying hard to overcome this without ADHD medication and just using an mature attitude towards working in the class environment. After completing year 12 HSC I have built this strength and I'm able to block out some of the discrations.

Week 6 Questions
1. As assessment tasks keep coming in the stress associated with learning and study increases. Discuss your strengths and weakness in coping with study now we are half way through this term.
As this term goes on I seem to be getting bombarded with more and more work and stresses outside the school environment to are adding up. Outside stresses such as moving to Newcastle and now commuting are starting to get hard as I'm still coping with public transport and finding my way around, even a simple trip to the shops is a nightmare on the buses. putting these stresses aside I'm dealing with everything quite well having time on the train every morning and afternoon to write essays and do homework. My strengths
are Ive developed a routine and allocated time to study and complete tasks.
I am putting in practise my study routine now as I realise that its going to get harder as TPC moves on into the B subjects next year and this is where my ATAR and entry into Uni counts. I'm dealing with the travel and study well yet I'm suffering with training for cycling as I'm not able to find time on the tafe days yet I'm making up for this on the other days. I'm also quite happy with the other subjects I'm doing with a good results in a statistics test and I must admit team skills public speaking is my major strength it always has been think its an advantage having ADHD for public speaking and drama as Ive got the energy to be creative in the delivery.

Week 5 Questions
1. Evaluate the effectiveness of the web based media.
Web based media is good and bad, media like You Tube can be a good source of information yet can also lead the viewer off track with random videos posted on the subject that have no relevance to the original subject. Other sources of web based media such as newspapers are great yet again like old fashion newspapers its the opinion of the writer that's put across. The web is an amazing source of information as long as you got the patience to search through the results, spam and dead ends to come to relevant information.
2. Which learning muscles were stretched this week?
My learning muscles were all stretched this week but this is a good thing, again I'm still writing as if I'm at school in HSC mode still and I need to concentrate on the style of writing and structure then I can add the content touch. I do have a style of writing through and it's not going to change I'm going to work with my own style just develop a greater flow in the structure.
